PAYMENT GUIDE
Direct payment method:
- You can pay directly at the reception.
We accept cash only(Euro, US dollars and Vietnamdong)
The bill will be settled after every 3 days
(If you check-out early in the morning, the bill will be settled the night before)
The ATM in Vietnam you can withdraw with limited amount(for foreign guests)
When you book directly with us from the website, the deposit need to be made(by bank transfer only)to block your reservation and you will receive an email for your reservation
During the high season from 1st November to 1st April, if you check out earlier, it will be fully charge except you have an emergency check-out for health or other reasons to leave the island.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation made prior to arrival date is non-refundable.
